Easy 7-Day Returns

If your saree arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free pickup and full refund or replacement — your choice.

Conditions

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original folds, tags, and the signature garment box. Artisan fabrics naturally carry small irregularities in the weave — these are marks of the human hand, not defects.

Exchanges

Want a different design? We offer one free exchange per order. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will guide you through it.

How to Start a Return

Write to us through the contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within one working day.
